What Is a Community Care Campus?
Community Care Campus is more than a location; it’s a vision brought to life. Operated by National Healthcare and Housing Advisors (NHHA), the campus is a collaborative space designed to address the full spectrum of needs for vulnerable populations, including individuals and families experiencing homelessness, seniors, and those requiring access to healthcare and housing services. By bringing together healthcare providers, housing specialists, peer advocates, and community organizations under one roof, we are creating a transformative approach to care that truly changes lives.
