We are thrilled to unveil NHHA’s inaugural Community Care Campus, located in the heart of Long Beach, CA. This flagship campus represents a groundbreaking approach to integrated care, designed to address the diverse and complex needs of the community—all under one roof. Nestled within the historic Community Hospital, originally established in 1924, the campus breathes new life into this iconic site, transforming it into a beacon of hope and healing for vulnerable and unhoused community members and a resource for the community at large.
