Our Community Care Campuses offer an integrated system to care for the whole person.

Each campus is designed to link the local community to services that aim to meet their needs, from physical health to mental health to supportive housing. We currently have Community Care Campus locations in Long Beach, Inland Empire, and Imperial Valley.
